Cookie Policy amendment 1.3: Google Analytics 4

Effective 1 October 2026. This amendment supplements the version 1.2 Microsoft Clarity amendment and the original text below.

On public pages, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and traffic sources only after you opt in to Analytics. Google receives page view and device information. We do not send form contents, account details or URL query parameters. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_* to maintain session state. Google lists a default expiration of two years, subject to browser limits. You can withdraw consent at any time in Cookie settings.

Cookie Policy amendment 1.2: Microsoft Clarity

Effective 1 October 2026. This amendment updates the version 1.1 text preserved below.

We may use Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and session replay. It loads only after you opt in to Analytics in our cookie banner. We keep Clarity advertising storage disabled. Rejecting or withdrawing consent prevents further Clarity measurement on this website.

With Analytics consent, Clarity may use first-party cookies _clck (visitor recognition) and _clsk (linking page views into a session), and Microsoft may use third-party cookies including CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. Cookie availability and duration depend on the browser and Microsoft configuration. See Microsoft's current cookie list. Our record of your choice expires after 12 months.

This update supplements the Analytics section below, which describes Plausible Analytics.

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Educherry s.r.o. (Ovocný trh 573/12, 110 00 Praha 1, Company ID 29845599) uses on educherry.com.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and local storage. We call all of them "cookies" here.

2. Your choice

Necessary cookies do not require consent. As soon as we use any cookies that require consent, a banner will let you accept all, reject all or choose categories when you first visit the website, and nothing requiring consent will load before you decide. Necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and marketing tools that store information in your device, or read information from it, are used only with your consent, unless they are strictly necessary. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

Legal basis: Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for consent-based cookies; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for necessary cookies.

The exact names and durations of necessary cookies are checked and updated after each technical change of the website.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to see aggregated traffic statistics. We have configured it so that it does not set cookies, does not use local storage and does not read identifiers from your device, and we do not send names, emails or other identifiers to it. In this configuration it does not require consent. If we ever change the configuration so that it stores or reads information in your device, it will move to an "Analytics" category in the banner and will load only with your consent.

Marketing (only with consent)

We currently do not use any marketing cookies. If we start using the tools below to measure our advertising, they will not be loaded and will send no data until you give consent in the cookie banner, and we will update this list with the actual cookie names, purposes and durations first. The durations below are indicative.
